About Soramimi Works

Working on void..., but wait. Is it really a void?
No!!
It's definitely my curiosity.

Soramimi Works, a typical one-man-operation run by dokko (yeah, that's me!) makes a variety of things which satisfies my curiosity. Sometimes it's a computer software, sometimes it's a stage craft for a theatre production etc etc... After all, I'm just trying to give some shapes to my curiosity.

This is the main shop of Soramimi Works. I mean "main" because this one has the largest workspace. And apparently, it's not the place where I write program codes.

As you can see the tools on the table, this is the place where I become a craftsman. A 20-foot high pendulum, a metal-netted dummy, etc etc... A lot of stage sets and my private furniture were built here. I've been doing woodworks for many years and, recently, I'm trying to do some electric- and metalworks, too.

And this is the place where I become a codesman and write most of my source codes. I've been a Macintosh user since 1989, my programming experience is not that long though.

In addition, this is also a place where I do some audio recordings and editings.

So what do all these things have in common? Well, in whatever shape it may appear, each piece of my work requires me a lot of patience to produce and requires a kind of endless modifications and improvements. That's the way my craftsmanship keeps growing.
